OUR MISSION.
    OUR STORY.
    OUR FUTURE.

The Chicago Captains Corps exists to break barriers and build pathways for underserved youth through technical training, mentorship, and leadership development.

    WHY IT MATTERS

Chicago's south side communities, particularly youth, face systemic challenges including high rates of gun violence, limited economic resources, and a lack of career pathways.

The Chicago Captains Corps actively bridges these gaps by introducing young people to industries traditionally beyond their reach—empowering them to lead and build generational change.
